شركت نيروترانس در سال 1369 تأسيس گرديده است.
حوزه اصلي فعاليت اين شركت توليد انواع مختلف ترانس هاي اندازه گيري ولتاژ و جريان در كليه سطوح ولتاژي تا 550كيلوولتو بوشينگ هاي خازني 72.5-420كيلوولتمي باشد. ترانسفورماتور ها بر اساس نياز مشتري و با در نظر گرفتن استانداردهاي پذيرفته شده جهاني به كمك نرم افزارهاي كامپيوتري طراحي شده و با استفاده از تجهيزات مدرن و نيروهاي مجرب و كار آزموده توليد و تست مي شوند.
اين شركت در حال حاضر يكي از مدرن ترين كارخانجات ساخت ترانس هاي اندازه گيري و بوشينگهاي خازني مي باشد كه دانش فني مربوط به ساخت ترانسهاي اندازه گيري را از شركت
